Every refurbished laptop we sell goes through strict quality checks and testing before it reaches you. Still, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, or you may face issues after purchase. For this reason, we have a clear and transparent return policy to make your experience worry-free.
Eligibility for Return

A return request can be placed within 7 days of delivery of your laptop.

The product must be in the same condition as delivered, with all original accessories, chargers, and packaging.

A valid invoice/GST bill provided at the time of purchase is required for processing the return.

If the laptop has been damaged due to mishandling, liquid spillage, or unauthorized repairs, it will not be eligible for return.
Return Process

Raise a Request – Contact our support team through phone or email within 7 days of delivery.

Inspection – Our technician may check the laptop onsite or through courier pickup to verify the issue.

Approval – Once the return request is approved, you can either opt for a replacement, exchange, or refund (as per policy).
Replacement & Exchange

If the laptop delivered to you is faulty, defective, or not as described, we will provide a replacement unit of the same model (subject to availability).

In case the exact model is unavailable, you can choose another laptop of similar value, or pay the difference if you want to upgrade.

Exchange requests are also supported under our “Exchange & Upgrade within 1 Year” service, giving you more flexibility.
Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed once the product is received and inspected by our team.

The refund will be credited to your original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

In case of payment through EMI or third-party finance, the refund timeline will depend on the respective financial institution.
Warranty & Support

Every laptop sold by UC India comes with a 1 Year Onsite Warranty (PAN India), which covers service and repair at your location.

We also offer free quarterly maintenance to keep your laptop running smoothly.

Warranty can be extended for another year at a minimal cost.

With every purchase, you also receive a ₹1000 discount voucher valid for one year, which you can use for upgrades or accessories.
